i am a girl

a girl who loves to be told shes beautiful every once in a while

a girl who wishes the love of her life loved her back

and he would just give her another chance

a girl who loves both of her bESt fRIendS

but hAtes what both Friendship have become

a Girl who wishes she was moRe of a size 1 or 3

maybe then hot guys wilL acTualLy lOok at her

a girl who wishes she wasnt so jealous

then maybe her life wouldnt be such a mess

a girl who thinks she is just not that atTraCtivE

nothing does jUstiCe no USe for trying pRoACtiVe

a girl WHo wishes she was more of the ideal perfect person

then maybe more people would want to be like her

a girl that thinks she has the bEst fRiends in the world

but sadly knows that most of them arent True

a girl that wishes her father was always there

and that she knew that for every second she was thinking of him

he was thinking of Her toO and he actually really CARes

a girl that wishes her grades would just get bETtER

i just keEp trying and trying

and do i have my 3.7 no NOt EVer

a girl who just wants to make her parents proud

i dont want my parent to be disappointed

i want them to be able to say thats my daughter

i want them to be able to sCReam it lOUd

a girl that wishes for a beTtER LIFe

but knows the life she is living is BetTer than most

so why is she thinking twice

a girl who is selfish and everyday she just keeps getting more self-centered

why is her only question but she already knows

because she has already came to the conclusion that no one else cares about her

a girl who is VEry dEtERmined

but wiLl NeVer be caught spEakin out loud

Even if she knows shes right shes stilL lEFt UnCErtain

a girl who is unhapPy with her sElF

she use to be a confident coCky and one conCeitEd sON of a gun

but now she is a deprEsSed dUlL person who no longer waNts to have fun

a giRl a pErson who just wants to bE hapPy

but is caught in the middle of all HEr iMpeRfEctions

and they are all just getting in the way

a girl that just wants to be hapPy

but she has forgotten what happinesS is sadly along the way
