Regrets, fabled and flaunted but never forgotten
And the child that lives within
a fading reflection playing upon the wall.
Shadow puppets flickering in the setting sun.
And innocents, shed by the search for tomorrow,
lies forgotten in the shade of decadence.
Wroth by the troubled tears that are merely reminders
of troubling times and of the choices that still haunt me.

A haunting write Wordsy, filled with the shadows of doubts and regrets. The depths of your words means they always require a more careful read. Intriguing and well written as always.
