past love's shampooed

Contributed by ladyfawn on Wednesday, 5th March 2003 @ 05:30:00 AM in AEST
Topic: Lifepoems

my past loves are such
that they are in my past,
some were sweetly long and
some were too charmingly fast,
movin' on in my heart
no one has been such a part,
as the love i share today
his love in my life has a say,
some loves are now above
have learned a lot from my loves,
some were catalysts to changes
my life just rearranges,
only the bad ones i won't talk to
my openess let's me hurt 'tis true,
some have simply moved on
i wish them all well and a song,
they all have a place in my life
even the ones who 'caused strife,
the goodness i think of more
some are just closed doors,
my past love's are such, i don't
think of them t'day too much,
am very happy with who i'm seeing
he gives my life zing
makes my heart sing,
much caring love he brings,
with exception to one or two
none of them loved me true,
not to be even a little rude
but some of them about me had not a clue,
lol! what a motley crew
my past loves shampooed,
'cause real love is a blast
this is the love that shall last,
mostly the rest were half-mast
so bye bye now to the past.

lol, sometimes i think you think i'm someone else, dont ask me who, i care less, by now you must know what i'm like, i explore everything, within each of us individually our feelings evolve as we grow older, within humanity our feelings have evolved according to the changing circumstances of our experience, all of these changes it is in my nature to explore, and if you think that i would explore your exposed feelings without exploring and exposing my own feelings and fears then you have been in love with some figment of your imagination for the last 3 months cos it aint me that you're thinking of
