Sandcastles And Sea-Shells.

You build sand castles on the beach
These are your hope and dreams
You watch them being washed away
When the tides come in.
This makes you so very sad
But still you go on building.
Hoping and dreaming that one day
The tides won’t wash your dream house away.
This is your life at present.
I prefer to collect sea-shells,
Shells that I can treasure forever..
Although each one brings a special joy to me
The cherished ones I keep close at hand..
And ever so often, I take out those other shells,
Hold them tightly in my hand,
And recall where and when I found them..
And I smile when I remember the joy that each one brought to me.
This is my life at present.

I DON'T KNOW IF YOU MENT THIS TO BE A METOFORE (SPELLING SUX LOL) BUT I READ IT AS ONE AND I CAN RELATE TO THE WANTING OF BUILDING SOMETHING THAT WILL LAST BUT AS FOR BRINGING OUT MY OLD SEA SHELLS OUT OF THE CLOSET I AM BEST IF THE SHELLS STAY WHERE THEY ARE LOL
