A simple man met a simple girl...
And they happened to fall in love
Tho' their love was scorned by some
It was blessed by the One above!!
They knew that one and one was two,
But felt that these two had become one,
When together they were never blue,
Always having so much fun.
Their love was strong
Their love was pure.
Their love was special
They knew that for sure.
A stolen kiss, holding hands,
An exchange of golden bands,
What kept them going all the while,
Were special moments of beaming smile.
And now that they've found each other.
Neither would ever be alone.
For somewhere along the way
They found the greatest love ever known!!
