My Love
In a lifetime, a person hopes and dreams of finding someone to share their innermost being, to reveal their soul and find a true “best friend”
Lessons learned, struggling to find one’s way, learning to give and receive love knowing a heart can be broken so easily without warning. A chance we take in hopes to ultimately experience a love that transcends us in every aspect.
Many people never experience love such as this, a void in their soul, their core being existing, protecting itself, but always longing for the completion of a second soul for them to become one.
A love is found with you, a bond that can’t be broken, a mirror image of one’s likeness with the same hopes, dreams, passions, and reciprocating love. A touch that is knowing, although never felt before. A look that is penetrating to the inner self, words that are spoken, familiar and reflective of ones thoughts.
At times disbelief that a love is found with you, a sense of peace to steady any fears or hesitation. A feeling of happiness that words cannot express. To truly know that the man before you is everything you hoped for, a true partner, an extension of myself….
