one begins with motion thoughts or dreams

Contributed by endlesspath on Monday, 27th August 2007 @ 06:52:16 AM in AEST
Topic: fantasy

One begins with motion
Motion of lingering, and unreal thoughts
To close their eyes and dream
Dream the most extradinary dream, one could produce
Not just an ordinary weightless thought,
One that shatters the earth
One that no other has ever felt or dreamt
What would the thought be of?
Could it put smiles upon faces?
Could it place frowns or sadness?
Not this time:
This is a beautiful thought
No harm or hurt
All splendid hopes and silver dreams
Things not another could simply imagine
Soft whispers
Caressing touches
Eyes meeting, never looking away
Warms touches of the hand
Finally, the soft lips that meet
Never a feel like this
Never a dream like this
Now all is in motion
You: awake…

Wow I really enjoyed this poem. First of all, I like your rhythm and flow...I felt that each line, followed the previous, in a way that felt very fluid and natural. Your thoughts are interesting...very unique, in fact, I think that after reading this poem I have a better sense of who you are...which is a compliment.

This poem feels dreamy; surreal---organic. I definitely get the sense of "motion" here.

Nice job, it makes me want to read more of your work.

Wonderful post endless ... pardon the expression, but it was
quite dreamy ... the ending was fashioned with a cruel
abruptness, just like a dream sometimes is. Well completed!

Your words and flow was like an angel's voice traveling on air.
Very soft and beautiful.
