Soul is Precious

I drove myself off the cliff
made that wish and it came true
before this crisi lifted

i wrote through experience in everyday life
as if i had wisdom
preventing what has been written
in the past, if only i can change a certain death

what is left is a wife and three kids
which road to take, which one is right
what else can go wrong
when rent comes along
its due and cant pay then vacate the premises

the funeral wasnt a video game
pressing select and choosing an option
you continue until its game over
they say the soul is precious
but mine is worthless
trading it in like its not valuable
for a father and a happy family
that would be better
