TOOK ALL I HAD TO GIVE:BUT I AM BACK

Contributed by endlesspath on Saturday, 18th August 2007 @ 12:36:38 PM in AEST
Topic: goodbyepoetry

a sunless path that was ever took
not enough to see, nor even look
you were given thy heart with no strings to keep
for the simple beat was not enough to weep

you made your path and strung all along
for you did not fall tearless and want to prolong

so why do you keep begging
for nothing i want
take your greediness, and move along

i have moved on for over a year
for now i see life ,so much clear

i want to have a happy time
to smile and smile and smile again

Authors little note for anyone who gave and did not get it back

this is too one who took so much from me and never gave any back in return. do not settle for anyone ever , reguardless what is promised. i have been un happy for along time.now i can smile, for a made a nice friend. friends are what ones need to keep them going,....do not fail me now.

Such innosence there is in longing,
with such honesty coming from the
heart . So nice to know you made it
after all. A very lovely write conveying
hope amidst all the hopelessness.
