Flying blade of justice

Contributed by Torn_Thomas on Monday, 13th August 2007 @ 10:26:00 AM in AEST
Topic: LostLove

There's a fiery crater in my soul
where you used to be
I loved you deep, you broke my heart
and then you smiled at me
all is well in your head
you let me down so slow
but my mind is in turmoil
despite my face's warm glow
I smile back, pretend its fine
pretend i want this too
and then we part forever
this ended all too soon

My flying blade of justice
i crafted her of late
When thrown with anger
She seeks out blame
and that soul she does berate

The time is now my anger pure
i launch my blade out through the door
A howling laugh escapes my chest
I'll soon be free of your lead vest
alas behold at my distress
as i feel the blade lodge atwix my breast

I sink to my knees
eyes filled with suprise
my hate for you has caused my own demise.
