Throw the stars down
let them crash to the earth
let them break
too a million pieces
let them turn to sparkling dust beneath our fingers
lets wade waist deep through broken stars
and find
what we missed before

i love finding old poems!
and, i love this particular poem. very beautiful, with a terrific imagery. would've it be just lovely to throw stars?
i love the last line, how you sort of throw a little twist in there.
truly, magnificently, beautiful!
