An error of ways

Contributed by wordsy on Tuesday, 7th August 2007 @ 05:33:57 AM in AEST
Topic: MiscPoems

Lost up in the confusion
Most of my own make
I worry at my worthiness
Believed for my own sake

A dalliance of deception
With which I've often dealt
Is for my own protection
Or so it is I've felt

And it is not without reflection
Or a moment's pause in thought
That I have spent a lifetime
In search of that I've sought

And here it is now after
As I think I've said before
to find me still here doddling
As I stand at wisdoms door

My old friend. I can't tell you how good it is to see your words here again after all this time. You havent lost a beat. Your flow and rhyme are perfect as always and the wisdom of your words....well all I can do is stand and applaud.

Very well done
