I never got a chance
I never had the courage
To say what I want to say
To tell what I want you to know
You did not have the time to listen
You did not have the time to read
So here I am alone
Writing this final piece of note
As I wrote the final sentence
I hold back my tears
Not wanting it to drop
Not wanting you to know I cried
But the tears did fall
Right onto the 3 words I long to speak to you
The 3 words that I so wish you know
The 3 words that I only had the courage to write
And I hope someday you’ll remember this fool
Who just wanted you to know “I Love You”

I love you is the most difficult thing for some men to say.It depends a lot on how one was brought up were the parents of the loving kind? I wish you much luck bern. |
