My friend,
That dwells within the shadows,
That makes you feel so frail,
Through winters frozen clutches,
Warm heart,
And triumphant tears,
You shine through
And bloom,
Untamed like mountain heather,
And with poppies boundless vigour,
You have the furious passion of the rose,
Yet dare not wear its cliché,
As you would stand as the thistle for the weed,
With ivy’s touch,
And tulips tastes,
You are a sight,
So forget me not my wild flower.
And like autumn leaves,
You will live out your life,
Full of grace.

Oh my .. this is seriously, SERIOUSLY beautiful.
Damn .. there are so many deeply poetic lines in this, I could not
pick a favourite anymore than I could pick a favourite daisy in
a field of wild flowers ... it's absolute and S T U N N I N G !!
This was like walking barefoot through a garden in mid-summer.
There is fragrance here... and it is a gorgeous scent!
Too beautiful for my mere words ~
Exceptional post!
