Stuck

Topic: DarkPoetry

Living in a closed room
without any escape
its like living with a suffering
with no medication to take

No help to be provided
no assistance is offered
living without a heartbeart
is what seems to be prefered

Around, everything is moving
but as usual- i just stand still
because theres nothing i can do anymore
nothing else i can feel

wanting to run away from it all
but theres nowhere to go
wanting to talk to sumone about it
but the phone doesnt have a tone

sick of living like this
tired of feeling the way i do
wanted to be beautifully yellow
ended up dark and gloomy blue

so many windows i can open
none i climbed through
now i feel they are permantly locked
theres really nothing i can do

As my heart does beat
the time does fly
soon enough it will be
my time to say goodbye

i hate this feeling of restrictivness
i cant do anything at all
ive been tied up, pushed round
and just been waiting for my fall

people expect so much from me
but obviously i dont live up to them
and i feel i have to apolagize
to my family and friends

just waiting for a miracle
to come along- for me to finally meet
because thats the only thing right now
that would make me normal- make me complete

s*** always happens to me
never is it good
never am i happy
- always misunderstood

Its always a stuggle
its always been so s***
coz i feel stuck in this enclosed space
and still there nothing i can do about it..

Lana

Poetry is much like a great photo, a single "moment in time" capturing many feelings and emotions. Yet, they are very alive; creating stirrings within the readers who form visual "pictures" of the expressed emotions within the Poem. ©
