Our Eyes

Contributed by LovingWhispers on Sunday, 2nd March 2003 @ 11:30:00 AM in AEST
Topic: LovePoetry

To fill my lungs with you, breathing my souls twin
Feels as though my words lie, where once yours had been
Passage of night brings collapsable dreams, abstract art
Where your mouth kisses my soul and licks at my heart
You make me feel like the Amazon is running between my thighs
Emulating the ins and outs of making love, with your eyes
Devouring you looking into me,feeding upon silent tokens
Of the quiet love we share for each, wrapped in words unspoken
Pillow talk soft beneath my smile, reflective of this song
That serenades our every move,to your skin,I belong
Hair cascading down my back,is the sheet upon which we lay
Each loving touch,every word,forms a beautiful bouquet
Whispers fall like petals,to float upon our sighs
As we melt into each other, making love with our eyes

the magic in your poetry is the way it moves with such rich imagery, it draws you into the poem, by the time i got to the end of this i felt like i had fallen into your eyes and was swimming in them, tis a wonderful gift you have
