As something’s may or never be
or peoples thoughts that are as blind as can be
slowing to a stop i sit and try to listen to the sounds in the air
Mother Nature should be calling us
and trying to warn us that we are killing ourselve
I am trying to hear but your engines and your machines are making it hard!
trying not to listen to your annoying chatter and upfront behaviours
it is quite sarcastic at times with mean overtones
the nature of man has lost all aspect we run into walls that we create
we enclosed emotion while jealous thoughts remain
now please shut up I am trying to listen
mabey if you unplug your brain from the system

Right on, man. That's why I love living in the country. I hear birds all the time, tree frogs, insects. Been in the city, stayed in cities and I hate it. I feel confined and taken away from my Earth Mother. I like being able to hear the sounds of the Earth...the natural sounds so I really can relate to your write. Wise words.
