If I could just tip toe forward
Onto your front step
To lead you out of your shell
I would take your hand so softly.
I would open your eyes to my world
Of melody, transformation, and light
Making you believe in love once more
Breathing life into you again.
There is no time for crying
There is no time for falling to your knees
The hours tick past quickly
Time is what we have the least of.
So saddle up, Rock N Roll Cowboy
We're goin on a ride
Into the expanding distance
Into the deep unknown.

Very tenderly written and moving, but the last stanza just seems to switch keys into a voice that doesn't comply with the rest of the piece. Perhaps that was intentional; speaking in the voice of the comforter a more upbeat tempo, but it just didn't work for me, alas. Keep up the good work, most definitely.
