now that its over i sit and wonder.
wonder if it was love, wonder if it ment something.... anything for you.
i sit. sit and think if what we had was a living lie. a lie that was never ment to be known.
known to me. known to the others.
the others that you loved, while loving me.
did our love mean anything.....
anything to you?
the promises you made, the sweetness you spoke, ment something...
something more...
more than just words.
now that its over i sit and wonder.
wonder if it was love.
love that was lost... when you loved others.

| you know what...ignoring a few mistakes...i kinda like this poem...its different...obviously its meaning hurts a lot but the way you wrote...its kinda refreshing...keep postin! |

well have to agree, i think we all sit and wonder about "love".is it what one presents, or is it something they say ? my post that you commented to, says that as well.....i think theres lots of truth in what one says, and yes it can be real, yet sometimes it can not always be followed through for many reasons......only one who can answer that is.....YOU~ Deep feeling in this post,. thanks for sharing and commenting. Hope you can find the answer, i know i have been trying.
