By now you know that I am a big believer of dreams,
one of them was to met a girl born on the same date as mine,
for years I kept this secret in my heart and traveled on the path of life.

As years passed by I had reached a point where I told myself ”My dream is always going to be a dream”
suddenly out of nowhere I met you,
you are a girl whom I always wanted to met,
the girl of my dreams.

For a moment after you told me, that you are born on the same date as mine,
I seem to have lost track of time.
for hours that followed later what mattered to me was seeing my dream turn in a reality.

I never believed when I was told ”People born on the same birth date are alike”
Today when I can claim to know you a bit, I think keeping aside a few dissimilarities of gender we are alike.

You are as tall as me,
those eternal eyes of yours are backed up with an equally beautiful face,
a smile is the best make up that you could put on your face,
I wish I could hear you talk for some time, but I never seem to have time.

In the conversations that I have with God I did ask him “What took you so long to send her in my life?”
God answered ”Some wishes take a bit longer to realize and yours was one of them”

I will have waved stories around you, as I am a storyteller,
stories that would revolve around the three weeks that you were with me.
Fame and fortune is what I don’t seek for my stories,
people behind every story are my dreams.

How does it feel to see your own reflection day in day out?
Divine, is what I feel day in day out.
I know there will be a day when this short journey of mine with you will end,
I will have to gather myself, move on, because without you I will be lost,
I will miss you like crazy my friend.

With a prayer in my heart and a smile on my face, I will see you off,
I won’t say bye,
I am sure one fine day, I will get an opportunity to live my dream all over gain.
