SUMMER and RAIN

Contributed by brew on Thursday, 19th July 2007 @ 01:06:04 AM in AEST
Topic: NaturePoetry

falling leaves upon the trees
grass which is greener than green
beautiful flowers that allow nectar to release
for the bees who linger upon the tips
humid air which fills the skies
leaving one knowing summers near
giving pleasure of taking in heat filled moments
with a summer sprinkle lingering near by
soon to capture the sun filled skies:with darkness
smell of approaching thunderstorms
sounds of booming roar
one sees a hot sunny morn
now is a afternoon of thunder

Your love of nature and its flows of weather changes sings like harps and violins in the background. Wonderful write.

Oh Dayna what a BEAUTIFUL write!!!

This filled me with the most wonderful nostalgia. A remembrance
of being a child during those carefree days of summer. … and how
quickly a hot, sticky day could turn into a dark thunderous one!

WOW! I LOVE this!

There are so many lovely images in this, hun. It is truly breathtaking.

Gorgeous piece, my sweet friend. :)

(my singular interpretation..lol)
