These bullets

Contributed by cutestmofo on Wednesday, 11th July 2007 @ 05:59:56 PM in AEST
Topic: oops

THESE BULLETS
These bullets can never hurt my soul
These bullets can’t make me cry
These can’t even take the pain that I have felt inside
These bullets can never make you know the man that I’ve become
These bullets don’t even know the road that I am on
These bullets can only hurt my flesh
Hurt me and make me die
But these bullets will never see
The hopeless meaningless tragedy
So when you pull that triggers or stab me with a knife
Remember it wasn’t the bullet who wanted to hurt me and take my life
So I pity the bullets that follow your deed
But one day that bullet will come back and put you to your knees
And when that day shall come the bullet will have no enemies
It will strike you down and with little ease
That bullet would have done again exactly what bullets do

Guns may enforce the act of killing but they still require the interraction of people to set the whole process into action. Unfortunately man has not quite fiqured out that nothing is accomplished til everyone is on the same page. I detest killing by any means and appreciate your work which pretty much lays it all out in a short verse....Thanks....Apple
