Today’s streets are too cold to be a charming man
still i throw on my balmorals and do the best that i can
standing at my doorstep with a mind wide open
and loose myself in the arcadia
created in my heart
Today’s streets aren’t welcoming of the footsteps of a child
still we plough through the apes and the lions
standing on our doorsteps, minds wide open
and loose ourselves in arcadia
the place all dreams must start
