My kingdom of friendship was truly vast
Yet I possessed no friend who would ever-last
At that time an angel stepped into my lonesome heart
Filled it with her love, grief was driven apart
That dove gave my life a new light
With unmeasurable happiness my heart beemed with pride
The insipid life now seemed so bright
I thought I was the most blessed one
To have a friend who would never turn
Under her shade of happiness time has passed so quickly
These golden days have been so lively
I felt as if I was flying high up in the air
Removed all pains which were difficult to bear
Had to be thanked for all the care
With a grin quite encouraging and eyes quite trusting
She has always done my spirit raising
Her friendship truly could not be measured
Her kindness really had to be measured
I am proud yo have a friend as such
With a warm and consoling touch
Whom I love so much
