Open your mind up wide,
See what you are inside.
Stop trying to live the lie
Just say good-bye

Your nothing but a little kid
who can't believe what he did
stop hiding from your shame
Just take the blame

It's not your fault
you only know assault
you were never shown peace
as a form of release

So sit down, alone in the dark
and get ready to embark
Just relax and listen to the rain
As you put a bullet through your brain.

Wow this one hurts....
I shutter to think that as souls we are not suppose to make mistakes, or do things we regretted, or felt shame so we could not learn what shame feels like.
As humans we are mean't to learn all these emotions and feelings and decide after all is said and done....Now who do we choose to be as a result of all these knowings? Then we become that wonderful person who learned from their shame or their hate or their cruelty...good gracious if we have to distroy ourselves to redeem ourselves...I think we would all be gone by now. Thought for the day stirred by your deep and powerful piece.Always my thanks for the stirring.
