at just the wrong time
you fell to fast
you fell in line
but you set yourself apart
from all the rest
you spoke in a way
that I liked best
with a voice that could never quiver
you laughed with a confidence like I've never heard
I'm not myself with you
in a way I can't explain
maybe I'm the one that fell to fast
just don't turn this into a game
Thing like this,
they scare me
I've lost so much with all the last
but this time it seems so easy
conversations,
they grow like weeds
You've become my favorite mystery
you're a novel I've yet to read
you're a fruit
and my favorite at that
but that's something most just won't get
All these words are exaggeration
but you're great to me
I must admit
You played with a passion
that even flickering lights couldn't mask
I'm usually one for lyrics
but you're music...I'm obsessed
In my right pocket is what you gave to me
It's makes me smile
despite the worry I've had
So you say that I'm the only one
that you want to see
but can you prove to me?
Please prove it to me
because you and me
we share the same pain
and I'm willing to change
mistakes have hurt so much
because me and you
