There is no place, I rather would be,
walking along the edge of the sea,
the smell of seaweed, and sea in my nose,
the cry of seagulls, sand in my toes,
the soft warm wind blowing my hair,
the sun on my skin. my mind freed from care,
the waves like white horses rushing to shore,
watching the boats as they come into moor,
a gift from God, it has to be,
I feel him close as I gaze out to sea..

Anything that expounds upon the virtues & majesty of the ocean gets 10 stars from me. I love when others speak to her pull on them, 'cause, I know it soooo well!!!
Most Beauteous...

Wow lilly .. what exceptional beauty!
I'm with missy on this. The ocean has to be one of the
most dangerously inspiring things on earth. It can fill
every sense with so much wonder and power.
Beautiful, BEAUTIFUL write, hun. Very inspirational.
