Today hurts
it’s air is dense
making me sore
when walking from
place to place
it’s a tired
day viewed
from my restless
eyes
sitting on
a painful
conch
looking into
the t.v.
with it’s
scars and bandages
I’d get up
to walk away
from this
honored sight
But I’m afraid
the floor’s
to weak and,
it will
give out
under me

When I read it, it feels really choppy
But overall, I liked this piece.
