It’s sizzling within me
This heat that you give me
Every time you walk in the room.
You leave marks on the floor
As you pass through the door
That glow and glimmer and move.
My heart starts beating
Will power defeating
I cannot break my stare with you.
As you move closer
I lose all composure
I’m a fool for you, it’s true.
Your smile does linger
Like the touch of your finger
When it brushes against my hand.
The sight of your lips
Sends a shock to my hips
All the hairs on my arm do stand.
So, if you ever think to turn
With a strong steady yearn
For the feel of my hands on your skin,
Simply look over this way
Push through the disarray
Then we’ll both find a place to begin.
