|
Anger ripples through me
Red hot molten rage
Trapped inside that anger
A beast within a cage
Feel the pressure building
Volcanic, about to blow
Calm upon the surface
A firestorm below
I realize what is happening
Almost lost control
Realization is like cold water
Thrown over the red hot coal
Emotionally spent
I'm forced to walk away
Set aside these emotions
To deal with another day.

ooh, I know what you're saying. I genreally get angry about one a year, but have managed it twice in the last quarter. I just submiited a poem about it myself.
If I'd have read yours first, I don't think I would have written it as yours sums it up so well. Maybe you could go to the train station and scream when the 6:30 goes past ;)
