You with your beautiful heart
With your beautiful soul
Opened up and revealed
things which lay hidden within
Things which tarnish ones' path
~~Those who judge
simply have not lived~~
Brave is what you are
You waited with baited breath
You watched to see
"How will she go
about this process?"
You saw me falter
Like a silkened vapor
you flew in
and caught me on
your angel wings
Oh my sweet sister
miles separate us
but the vibes of Earth do connect
and I feel you beating
Wings golden
Wings tarnished
Wings torn and mended with love
Wings of undeniable strength
that came to support
~me~
You revealed the inside
The raw and unnamed
You opened your heart, sweet sister
And spread .....Your angel wings.

Gosh, I'm havin' a hard time articulating what,
I want to say, 'cause my soul is so wrapped up in feeling this.
I am w/o words for this incredible gift you've created w/ your own...for me...
WOW, WOW, WOW!!!I'm just sooo frickin' honored !!!
I'm filled w/ the warmth of what it is to be human
& I just don't know how to say that any better right now...

I'm with Michelle on this .. a beautiful write from one wonderful
woman to another wonderful woman.
laura, you are truly an angel. You go through the most heart
wrenching times and still never take those who love and
support you for granted. I bow to you, my sweet friend.
This was so captivating and strong. I say again ... You,
dear poet, are an angel. One of the highest.

you definately managed to capture the motherly moon aspect of my mum here. also this write nicely portrays my mum's selflessness and rare but appreciated reckless abandon with her inner self. whoa...

L, A very moving personal tribute to your sibling, with all those lovely hidden meanings but with enough connection with the reader to resonate through and through.
