The Next Phase In Forever.

Contributed by bleedthelove on Friday, 15th June 2007 @ 01:10:27 AM in AEST
Topic: LostLove

There are only whispers and shadows for me
But you light up my black sky, your my shining star
And with this I blow a kiss to you, wherever you are
My lily in a garden a thorns
The sunset across my ocean
Like a perfectly designed piece of art
Your the centerpiece of my heart
And I'm lost inside your eyes
Press my fingertip to your lips
Sshh..I'm whispering you lullabies through the skies
Hold still, look in my eyes...
See your reflection dancing with mine
An image of whats divine
I carry your heart inside my heart
I hold your hand inside mine
Until the end of my days
And far beyond eternitys ways
Undying, for I don't believe in never
I believe in a bond that will never sever
As I invent the next phase in forever
I rewrite the next page
Because my love for you is truly redefined
It's so pristine...its so untouched...
My love, an emmaculate sign of devotion
And I...
Miss you so much.

This was outstanding. Though I believe (and this is only my opinion) that this powerful piece lost a lot with the last line. Still I understand that poetry is for the poet not the reader. You have some finely crafted lines and all in all the sentiment is powerful. A work of art to be proud of. The title itself is quite smart and catching and the work beyond lives up to the expectations.

This was beyond exceptional, this was amazing and echoes poetry to the very bone of the poet-reader.

I did not intend to de-line your work for it was all quite amazing. Still the power in those lines needs to be focused on and discussed because these are what made your poem go from good to far beyond good. This is outstanding work.

BRAVO!

Like a perfectly designed piece of art
Your the centerpiece of my heart
Very moving and quote worthy.
