Last night I awoke, heard a beautiful voice,

saying the world has much to rejoice,

open your eyes just look around,

there is so much beauty here to be found,

natures own music,the rustle of leaves,

the birds dawn chorus, the humming of beas,

then appeared an angel surrounded by light,

lighting the darkness in the midst of the night,

I felt so much love as our eyes did meet,

a beautiful white feather laid at her feet,

did I see her, was it a dream,

a trick of the light or a moonbeam,

do we have angels who guide us forever,

I like to think so, and I still have the feather..

precious write and what a dream to awaken to thus we should all have that beautiful voice reminding us of the beauty of creation around us at times with struggles of daily living we seem to have forgotten the simple and complete beauty place before us and your lovely poem has brought forth a rose
