My heart is aching and I don't care about to much of anything. All that I want is a love of my own and to stop feeling so alone.
Without love there is no purpose and it can leave you feeling useless, but love can be hard to find when your heart you cant unbind.
I got myself stuck longing for your heart and Ive tried but I can't seem to depart. "oh well" is what they say, "you'll find someone someday", but someone isn't good enough I want who I want this feeling I cannot slough.
So maybe someday I can get over this and forget all about my princess, I hope that that day is coming near because I would rather die than live with this fear.

| I see the meaning and rhyme, but.... It doesn't read like a poem. I felt like I was reading a note that happened to rhyme. The word choice was rather bland (with the exception of 'slough,' a new favorite word), too. |
