He makes my heart stop
He makes my mind freeze
He brings a smile to my face
He brings a light to my life.
its a gradual descent
into a life i never dreamed
where everyone and everything
is focused soley on me.
the trees are blessed with blooms
and the grass grows on the ground
a gradual descent into a life
where true love is never found.
because that, of course, is where i dwell
and false love is lost constantly
and before one dies the words escape
i once was blind but now i see.
