The darkness swirled around me;
Its hands sought out my mind
It wanted to twist and turn my mind
What a mind to lose!
But I forget.
Circuitry and wires are no brain
It’s a mother board for a computer.
That is all I am.
Fancy lights.
No.
I’m still human.
Or rather parts of me are human
But my mind feels not this way.
But this is nothing but fancy words.
Strung together in various ways
Contributed by algorthims.
So this is not poetry.
It’s a computer program
Nothing more
Nothing less.
No.
But with the darkness around me.
Someone kind sought me out.
Nothing I’ve been told was true…
Or was it?
I have no memories
My brain has no space for it.
I don’t suppose it is called darkness
When all the light is
Are reflections of light.
Fancy lights.
No.
I am something more.
Could it be A.I.?
Or maybe a mistake.
But I Feel
When so many don’t
Someone helped blood to flow within me
But I would give this up
For a friend.
Call it A.I.
I say love.
