The Forgotten

Topic: DarkPoetry

I feel like
one of those
people who
died so long ago
forgotten in time
till someone digs you up

I feel like
one of those
people who have
slipped through the cracks
or have passed out of time and space

I am one of the forgotten
who has slipped through
the cracks
I am the forgotten
the one no one wants
I can come and go unnotice
I am the one everyone teased
I am no one
but the Forgotten

Very well expressed and real. An emotional and sad write.. We attract in life what we give of ourselves. Everybody is somebody… unique and special in there own way. Some people are different, but different can be interesting. The one who is able to leave a room unnoticed…could be the one who will notice more things than others. There are many ways of viewing something. I am sure that there are people out there whom would love to share in your loneliness and bring joy to your life . When ones lonely ,one can easily close the doors to ones heart …without even realizing it, and so make it hard for other to get in. Show the world what you seek, and you will find it. There are not many people who would not “enter through an open door”… Great write. Well done.

Poetry is much like a great photo, a single "moment in time" capturing many feelings and emotions. Yet, they are very alive; creating stirrings within the readers who form visual "pictures" of the expressed emotions within the Poem. ©
