Hearts to Hold

I dance to the rhythm of life, with shoes worn and torn for my time.
I sail through the vibrating energy fields and I claim the understanding is mine.
Whatever the happy and sad of it all when it comes to the end of the day,
Be sure after feeling the flow of the tide, I'm sending a healing your way.
For if love is a friend and compassion can rule and a heart is the leader of man.
I'll be holding your sorrow and joy for tomorrow right here in the sacred of hand.
Leap in the belief that we're all sheltered here ,by the hearts of the souls up above.
The older we grow, the wiser we know all the saints that will guide us in love.

Oh, I really loved this write. It has so much hope in it. I thought the last line brilliant...

"The older we grow, the wiser we know all the saints that will guide us in love."

What lovely thoughts you have displayed.
Peace and hugs,
Laura

ND, your heart is a vast ocean of caring and love. This was
beautiful, hun. Truly beautiful. The metre and rhyme scheme
made it flow so wonderfully and the sentiments conveyed
were absolute and filled with a truth I wish more would embrace.

Stunning work, my poet friend!

Flawless ~

I agree with Breezy that the rhythm and metre make this poem work wonderfully and make it into a song.
This poem shows what a wonderful and caring person you are, it was lovely to read. Your words are wise and hopeful and I really enjoyed visiting your page today.

Take care,
Dom

ND,

WOW! A great work again and let me explain.... The sentiment is brilliant and adorable. But let me for a moment focus on the bread of this delicious poetic sandwhich. The first line and the ending line....WOW amazing! Not at all taking away from the meat for it is just as tasty. But what an amazing opening line. It caught me, swept me away in the rest and then dropped me off in the ending line leaving me with the knowledge I had experienced something and the desire to experience it again.

BRILLIANT!

SCM

Now we get Anime?
You're not gonna start with music are you?
I'd hate to have to turn you down.

Everybody else wrote everything else to say about this-

So i figured i'd ***** about the anime.

it doesn't sound like a very good idea anymore...

Well done.

^_^ Always, Abraham

(and yes; ^_^ is an anime face...
but still- anime...)
