What To Say

Contributed by Ratwick on Wednesday, 30th May 2007 @ 08:00:21 AM in AEST
Topic: Lifepoems

one
two
three...go.
So I was thinkin a thought that I thought ought to be written down and this is what I got so far;
a decent opening line and the beginnings of a rhyme pattern thats probablly a bit off.
But what to say?
What am I really trying to say?
That was the thought that I thought ought to be written.
Not that I cant think of anything to say, oh no, Ive got alot to say and youve probablly heard me or someone say the same thing about everything and it may or may not mean anything to you, or me, or everything anyways, but it has to be said.
Whether it makes sense or not, whether I say it or god, it does not matter. The fact of the matter is that me, you, god, the universe, your mom, we're all mad as a hatter and when you finish reading this poem, you could die.
And that is why I am going to try to say some things worth while, while I still can.
Cos when we die, we leave something behind. (Not that I really think we go anywhere when we die, Heaven and Hell are metaphors, and if someone told you they're actuall places, they lied. And we dont stay here and become ghosts or spirits or comeback reborn. no no. when we're done, we're done. dead. nada. Now, I am Sean. Bang! Now, I am gone.)
An impression.
See, I suppose our time with the life we know is kinda like when you see a hot chick you wanna nail.
No matter what develops, she will be affected in one of three outcomes.
She could hate you, wish she had never met you cos even the mere thought of you disgusts her and she will always remember you as the guy who, i dunno, was an ass and is the worlds biggest *****. She could remember you as that guy she met through a friend of a friend after a friend reminds her she remembers that time at that friends house when his friend came over with that guy.
Oh yeah, what was that guys name?
Or, she'll never forget you cos you made her smile, laugh, blush, dance, sing, and cum harder and more times than anything has in her entire life.
So how do you want to be remembered?
What did you say to that girl?
What did you do yesterday?
What will you do tomorrow?
What is on your mind right now? What have you got to say?
What am I still trying to say?
I am trying to say that we're here for a while and we have a chance. A chance to say hello. A chance to have the wildest, wettest, freakiest *****fests your dirty little minds can come up with and make love at the same time, to the girl of your dreams everynight. We have a chance to find a cure for cancer. We have a chance to watch the sunrise. We have a chance there will be more chances tomorrow. We have a chance to say something. We have a chance to do something.
So what am I gonna do?
I'm gonna say some things I think are good, on the odd chance they could create some good.
Im gonna say things like, ***** war. and ***** george bush. ***** walmart, ***** mcdonalds and ***** consumer culture. we need to grow more of our own food to eat and if we're gonna drive as much as we do, its time we legislate a deadline for when cars can no longer run on fossil fuels. hydrogen, electric, solar, garbage for the flux capacitor, *****, who cares, as long as its ten fold as efficient and a thousand fold less destructive as engines are now. ***** racism. ***** homophobes (in the ass). ***** rapists and peadophiles (in the ass. with a wire brush. slowly). ***** fascism, ***** communism. ***** democracy and capitolism the way they are now. corporations have way too much power. ***** christianity, ***** islam, ***** buddhism, ***** religion. is it so hard to believe in just yourself and your fellow human beings? would knowing the meaning of life or the answer to the ultimate question really is make tomorrow at the office any different cos, youre still in that office doing office type things. ***** the kid who beat you up afterschool, ***** the parents that beat their kids so bad they can't go to school, and *****, you know what else bro? you damn well better ***** that chick you've been eyeing tonight cos you deserve to be happy. we all deserve to be happy so i hope we all get laid tonight. if youre near someone you love right now, stop reading this and tell them you love them and if you have an extra second after that, tell them why you love them and even if you dont have time to say why you love them cos you gotta go to work or whatever, ***** it, be late and tell the boss you're sorry youre late but you had to tell your wife or kids or parents why you love them so much. the next time youre standing with a stranger, be the first to say hello. say nice things to mean people. say only what you mean to people and when you die, honestly say that you can say you have said enough.
So.
After all that, I think I have finally figured out what I was trying to say, but I'm not gonna tell you.
Not cos Im an *****. okok, i am an *****
I wont say because I cannot say exactly what I am trying to say.what that thought I thought ought to be written is.
Words cannot do it justice.
But I will say what the closest meaning to my thought that I thought ought to be written is.
Two words I will ask you to think about.
Are you ready?
Here they are...
I LOVE
Figure that out, and filling in the blank is easy.
