cried many years

I cried so long, I cried many years, I’m falling apart, I’m immersed with tears

Felt lonely, and still feeling down, when the whole world stares at me, as I leave town

I wanted to leave to a place I could retire, because my heart felt like it was on fire

The tears are getting heavier, I’m out of breath, ive been many places, but no one I met

What can I do, when I’m burning skin deep, feel like in hell, I begin to weep

Weep that my ambitions were nothing but delusions, I’m busting with anger, in a state of confusion

Do you know who I am, I wish I knew, I’m far out of reach, and with life I’m through

No one can stop me, I’m the baddest man alive, so get out of my face, you and your lies

You don’t scare me, I’ll come up to your face, beat you so bad, and won’t leave a trace

The world ain’t got control of me now, where ever I walk, I know people bow

They bow to the creator, but that ain’t right, I’m more special, so don’t’ lose sight

I have the power to entertain people with magic, so give me your money and even your gadgets

I look down on people because I’m above the rest, don’t give me your bs, so scram like a pest

Here is a story about a guy named mike, who was filled with rage, a person nobody liked

Mike was always a bully who had something to prove, which got himself in jail, which wasn’t new news

His only friend was a man who died from drugs, not from his own gun, nor from street thugs

Mike loved to bully people around, no matter where he looked, there was always one he found

People were frightened from his very massive built, despite all the abuse he caused, he never felt guilt

Breaking bones was his favorite hobby, especially on a kid whose name was Robby

So a group of kids were walking one day, then all of a sudden Mike chased them away

He pulled out his gun and started shooting some rounds, then two of the kids fell face first on the ground

Mike split from the scene, he headed for Maine, the price was too heavy, nothing could remove the stain

Messed up and paranoia, driving him up the wall, then mike‘s life started to fall

The police caught him at the lake, doing some dope, with no where to run, all-out of hope

They sentenced mike to 50 years in prison, with no way of appealing the judges’ decision

This is the end of those who love to abuse and oppress, who don’t realize that life is nothing more than a test

So always remember that life is nothing more than a planned out trial, so don’t live the rest of your life in denial

Stand true with the true, and praise Allah very often, for one day you will end up in a coffin

Poetry is much like a great photo, a single "moment in time" capturing many feelings and emotions. Yet, they are very alive; creating stirrings within the readers who form visual "pictures" of the expressed emotions within the Poem. ©
