WARM AND FUZZIES!

I get the warm and fuzzies,
When I think of our last kiss.
And with eyes closed I’m groaning,
Thinking just how much you’re missed.
I get an aching in my arms,
When you’re not wrapped in them.
If your love was a blue ocean,
In your wake I’d want to swim.
I get a tightness in my chest,
If I can’t take you in.
As a lovely fragrance in the air,
As a yang to my humble yin.
If I can’t hear your tender voice,
Which can calm my tortured soul,
With just a simple “hello dear,”
Then I can’t feel I’m whole.
But when I finally see you,
I fill with pride at your sweet smile.
I know that all will be all-right,
If only for a while.
And then those warm and fuzzies,
That warm the depths within my heart,
Will captivate and own me,
As they have from the very start.
