I can still hear the rain hit the tin,
On our barn roof,
Even though we aren't there.
I can feel the cool breeze,
Sweeping my face,
Along with your gentle touch.
I can hear the crickets chirping,
A lovely sweet song,
As you lay beside me.
I can feel you hold me,
Hold me oh so tight,
With the moon lite sky above.

Such wonderful moments,
We have shared,
Together as one.
Such passion,
Such love,
Two souls complete.
My heart holds room for one man,
The man I love,
My one.
Spending life beside you,
Precious moments,
Amazing love.

A life time just isn't enough,
So I'll come find you,
When our time is up.
In the end the place I want to be,
Is laying next to you,
In our cozy barn,
Just you,
And me.
