JUST A DREAM

Contributed by LILLYJANE on Friday, 18th May 2007 @ 08:58:43 PM in AEST
Topic: mystical

Last night I had a dream,
I was in a beautiful place,
there amid some Angels,
I saw your smiling face,
I could smell a beautiful fragrance,
like lavender in spring,
your eyes shone like diamonds,
on your beautiful translucent skin,
I hugged you and I kissed you,
could feel your arms hug me
you were happy, you were laughing,
it felt so good to see,
when I awoke, a tear was on my cheek,
it was a tear of happiness, at last we got to meet,
as I drifted back I heard you softly say,
this wont be forever ,we will meet again one day
some people may say, that was just a dream,
I will smile and say, not all is what it seems.

Your dream reminds me of similar dreams I have had. Makes you wonder if this person will cross your path in this world.
Lovely piece.

lilly, oh, if we could all have dreams such as this, let
them never end!! Beautiful, in words and in sentiments.

This held such a comfort within it. Like a soft breeze on
a warm summer day, or a tight hug from a friend when
you're feeling down . . .

lovely work.
