I've seen your seas, your trees,
I've felt your breeze,
In slumber, though I've never-
Laid upon your soothing sands.
Ther irresistable sensation
From looking at a picture,
Sends an overpow'ring temptation,
To be inside you, greatest nation
That reaches 'cross the lands.
I want to gaze upon your green,
Be in your waters bluey sheen,
And watch Jamaican sunstets.
I wait the day, when I can say,
I've been to great Jamaica.
