Beautiful Nature

Contributed by babygirlholly on Thursday, 17th May 2007 @ 04:44:33 AM in AEST
Topic: NaturePoetry

A hot summers day ends with a warm breeze that brushes my skin so softly. The sun has lowerd past the mountains giving the sky that sunkist glow. The trees move gently in the wind as if there dancing to natures song. My eyes hide behind there doors as I listen closely to the wispers of the wind, the soft voices of the anchiant spirits around me.

Night then falls, and like a trained dog the moon follows after. So bright and full, it lights up the sky with its enchantment. I am still... like a carved statue, constantly aware and listening. I hear the white wolf cry over the hills as if calling for his mate, and the nightengale singing his most graceful song. So calming is natures music, so calming is nature it self.

Such bliss and beauty it gives you. Such peacfull thoughts like the plain of grass that flows in the wind, it will make you feel as though your walking on water. The mist of the forest bathes you with out damping your clothes or hair. The listening of footsteps tred by graceful flowing beasts lets you know that you are not alone. And still I sit motionless listening to what surrounds me... my home.
