Inspiração Divina (Original)

Estava sentado na rua,
vendo os carros passarem,
olhando as pessoas andarem
De lá pra cá.

Vivendo como um vagabundo.

De repente... Fez-se uma visão
de sensações
de imagens
de frases...

A poesia, que não existia,
Nasceu
de um ser de Deus
para toda a eternidade.

Divine Inspiration (English version)

I was seated on the street,
seeing cars pass by me
and looking people walk
backwards and forwards...

Living like a drifter.

Suddenly... Appeared a vision
of sensations
of images
of phrases...

The poetry, that hadn't existed,
was born
From a God's being
for all eternity.
