Heather Fair

Lay gently a kiss upon my up turned eyes
And speak to me of amber
That holds a hint of sadness, in her cries

One by one the keepers fading.
As Heather fair passes by
Mocking a dream that’s worth saving
Evermore she then I

Tapestries adorned in sunlight gold
In silks and satins there she lay
Listening to tears from young and old
As Heather fair finds her way…

Even though there is beauty in this there also seems to be a bit of melancholy.

Just how I remember your writes being...Emotively strong, with great storytelling and attention to detail. Wonderful to see you back.
Hope you are still writing.
