My-father who was so strong is now dying.
He has cancer and I can't stop crying.
But for his sake, I must be strong.
He's become feeble and he won't live very long.
As I hold his hand, tears come to my eyes.
It's going to tear me apart when he dies.
What it all comes down to is that I love this man.
I'm going to make his last days as pleasant as I can.
He took care of me when I was a child and now I'm returning the favor.
The relationship between a father and son is special and should be savored.

The poet expresses through this poem the universal reality: love between son and father. But no one can delay the departure of the father and so on his turn the son will have to depart leaving behind his son crying too. Fortunate are those who bid goodbye their parents in pleasant mood and make their last days comfortable. Nice piece, go on.
Love and respect
