You don't know love
You don't know hate
or angels above
or even in fate
Love clouded my mind
Leaving me less than blind
I lashed out in rage
Hitting the bars of my cage
You smile filled me with joy
Not seeing I was a dog's chew toy
When I got sad
You'd just get mad
Saying I don't have a heart
Though something hurt when we part
You don't know love
You don't know hate
or angels above
or even in fate
A voice told me you're fake
But love made me unawake
My mind said I'd try
Now I wish it was a lie
You don't know love
You don't know hate
or angels above
or even in fate
You're friends with those that have a sad life
Even though they've turned to the knife
When you came to me
you didnt know who I'd be
You don't know love
You don't know hate
or angels above
or even in fate
You act like you have no feelings inside
But I can see there's something you're trying to hide
You give other reasons for being mad
I think it's you're reaction for finally being sad
You don't know love
You don't know hate
or angels above
or even in fate
