DEATH OF AN INFANT DEATH OF A CHILD
PAINFULLY CRUDE AND NEVER MILD
TEARS HELD IN FOR SO MANY YEARS
NOW COME ALIVE WITH JUST A FEW BEERS
THOUGHTS BURRIED AWAY
NOW OUT TO PLAY
DON'T FORGET
OR YOU'LL REGRET
FIGHTING THE TEARS AS THEY FALL UPON THE FLOOR
EMOTIONS RUNNING HIGH MY THOUGHTS DO SOAR
FIGHTING THE PAIN
ONCE AGAIN
WHY DO I DO THIS I ASK MYSELF
AS I PUT MY FEELINGS UPON THE SHELF
NEVER FORGET WHAT DEATH HAS TAKEN AWAY
JUST REMEMBER THEM AS YOU SIT AND PRAY

| death of a child and infants are very hard to deal with. i have learned this from my job and it has never been easy. i hope you will find a way to deal with it as well. |

Nice Poem, I cant tell you that I understand how you feel cause I dont. All I can tell you is to pray. Maybe instead of
"as i put my feelings upon the shelf"
"as i put my feelings on the top shelf"
